Nuovo features an à la carte menu with ingredients that are locally produced, responsibly sourced and seasonal. All meals are carefully prepared with passion by a dedicated team led by Executive Chef Adrian Schreuder.

Earth Hour Dinners
Every Thursday evening, all non-critical equipment and lights are switched off from 7PM – 9PM during dinner. We offer a specially selected menu for the evening, which uses no electricity in the cooking of meal. Solar jars and eco-friendly candles set the mood for the guest to enjoy whilst live music plays in the background.
Every effort is made to use only the freshest ingredients in the preparation of food and beverages served by the hotel. Halaal meals are available on request.
Food and beverages served on the hotel premises, including dairy products, frozen desserts, ice cream, juices, preserves, jams, meat, preserved meat and proprietary sauces may contain artificial colourants, flavourants and preservatives and, in addition, have been prepared and packaged on the premises and through a process which may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
Hotel Verde, Cape Town Airport, the owner/operator and manager of the hotel, their respective directors, officers, affiliates, employees, representatives and service providers (collectively described as “Hotel Verde”) shall not be responsible or liable for any death or injury to any person or loss or damage to any property, howsoever and by whomsoever caused or arising from use of the hotel food services, restaurants and associated facilities, whether due to negligent acts or omissions of Hotel Verde Cape Town Airport or not.
